Terms of use

Free play. Fair play. The terms for using VECTARCADE.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Who runs VECTARCADE?

VECTARCADE is a product of Wizard Software Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16914068). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at mark@wizardsoftware.co.uk.

These terms apply to this browser arcade. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you are too young to agree to them yourself, ask a parent or guardian to help.

Playing the arcade

The public arcade is free to play and does not require an account. We give you permission to use the games for personal entertainment, subject to these terms. Separate agreements may apply to business services or games on third-party platforms.

Scores, experience points, virtual chips and other in-game rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Casino-themed games are simulations for entertainment.

Progress is primarily stored in your browser. Clearing site data, changing browser or device, or using private browsing can lose it. Availability and controls vary by game and device.

Keep it fair

Do not use offensive or identifying nicknames, harass other players, submit manipulated scores, automate abuse, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access. Keep private room links within the group you intend to invite.

We may remove abusive names or scores and limit access to protect players and the service. To report a problem or query a decision, use Contact.

Games, branding and sharing

VECTARCADE's branding, games and original content belong to Wizard Software Ltd or their respective licensors. Playing does not transfer ownership. You may share links and your own gameplay clips, with appropriate credit; do not imply that we endorse you.

Do not republish, sell or commercially embed our games without permission, except where an applicable licence or the law allows it. Third-party names used to describe a genre or influence belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the arcade available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device or permanent storage of scores. Games and features may be updated or withdrawn. Tell us about faults so we can investigate.

VECTARCADE is entertainment, not a health or therapeutic service. Take breaks and stop if a game causes discomfort; see our accessibility and play comfort information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Questions, changes and governing law

Contact mark@wizardsoftware.co.uk if something goes wrong. We will try to resolve it with you. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections where you live. You retain any right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Material changes will be identified on this page. Read the current terms when you return; changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
